SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work was to add Extensions in new structural members to support the rooftop deck and stairwell.
Once the existing roof was removed we had access to install structural steel to support new loads and build the stairwell.
Internally new plaster was hung, painting completed, new electrical and a new solid timber staircase leading to the rooftop deck.
The outside decking was completed with glass balustrade and rendering.
This also gave us a chance to add insulation to create a much more comfortable living climate for the family.
