Our journey on this property began with completing the demolition of the rear section, which had already been partially undertaken. Our team made way for the foundations of the new extension. This addition now forms the new heart of the home, featuring a kitchen, dining area, living space, a cozy study nook, an extra bedroom, and a charming new courtyard.

The transformation of the master bedroom was paramount. We converted it into a grand master suite complete with a walk-in robe and an ensuite, elevating its elegance and functionality. As we ventured through the hallway to the two existing bedrooms, our team installed bespoke cornicing, reflecting the home’s original character. A fresh coat of paint and custom-built wardrobes were added, maximising storage for the client.
A standout feature of this renovation is the flooring. We laid down de marque oak wood engineered flooring, arranged in a herringbone pattern complimented with straight boards to bridge together the old and the new.
