ABOUT THIS Rowville Renovation PROJECT

Located in Rowville close to the Churchill national park this double story home was built in early 2000, this home had great potential with its sturdiness of the brick veneer exterior and concrete foundations.
Being 20 years since construction it was well and truly due for an update. The clients had already made a great choice purchasing this property and when they got in contact with us here at EvoBuilt we were very excited to help bring their future family home to life.

With the ground floor being existing tiles glued directly to the existing concrete slab this made for a challenging start but with some elbow grease and some manpower we stripped the slab back ready for some beautiful engineered oak flooring.

SCOPE OF WORK in Extensions

Removing the current plasterboard lining gave us the ability to run new electrical works and reconfigure the lighting plan to suit the new and improved layout.

This also gave us a chance to add insulation to create a much more comfortable living climate for the family.
